|Frequently Asked Questions|
WHERE DOES IT HURT MOST (LEAST)?
Like the tattoo itself,. the pain of being tattooed is also a taboo. When people can finally put their taboos aside, they can exaggerate in order to prove they've paid for it. You can only guess based on hearsay. The only way to learn this is through personal experience. It is such that, the 'fear' and 'excitement' againist something unknown, sometimes leaves place to 'sauciness'. Rare occurances of fainting happen not due to pain, but rather because of over excitement. While being tattooed, there's more discomfort in waiting patiently than the physical pain.
HOW MUCH DOES A 15 x 15 CM TATTOO COST?
Tattooist is not a machine, and tattoo is not a merchandise. Tattoist is an 'artist', and the work is a 'piece of art'. The price of an art piece neither determined by weight nor size, but only maybe by the effort spent on it.
IS THIS NOT A HIGH PRICE?
Most of all, tattoo is not a necessity. It is a luxury. Besides, this luxury is not temporary like others. It is there with you for a lifetime, permanent.
B Class autoclave system is used in the studio.
WHAT SHOULD I HAVE?
In order to have a good decision, you need a certain ideological matureness and some cultural background about the subject. On the Links section, you can find some high quality visual material and useful information on tattoo culture. After all, you don't 'have to' have a tattoo. There's no need to add another to the number of people who had a tattoo just for the sake of having it!
IS TATTOO AN ADDICTION?
You can compare tattoo addictiion to having fear towards jumping to the water from a high place. Once you make it, you might want to have more of it. Furthermore, with the design process and application, the sound of the machine, and even with the pain of it, being tattooed is an experience one can miss. My personal advice is that you wait for at least a year before having a new tattoo.
IS THERE NOT A QUITER MACHINE?
The sound of the tattoo machine might sound scary at first. But this sound is a must in tattooing. It has a meditative effect during the time of application. Besides, this sound indicates if the machine is operating smoothly and well enough.
